Why can someone else's fingerprint unlock the POCO F7 Pro?
Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please confirm whether you have activated face recognition or Bluetooth unlocking. When face or Bluetooth recognition is successful (there will be a check mark on the top of the screen), you can enter the Home screen by tapping the fingerprint area. This unlocking is not fingerprint unlocking. Please turn off face recognition or Bluetooth unlocking, delete and re-enter the fingerprint to try.
To disable face unlock and Bluetooth unlocking, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to the [Settings] APP on your phone;
2. Scroll down and tap [Fingerprints, face data, and screen lock];
3. Tap and close [Face unlock] and [Unlock with Bluetooth device].
