Why can't the POCO F7 Pro recognize third-party USB flash drives or earphones?
The POCO F7 Pro has introduced a charging port anti-corrosion solution, and some non-standard USB flash drives and earphones cannot trigger the insertion event. It is recommended to turn on the OTG switch in the settings. Besides, please update to the latest version and replace the USB cable to get a better compatibility experience.
To turn on the OTG switch, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to the [Settings] APP on your phone;
2. Select [Additional settings];
3. Tap [OTG];
4. Turn on [OTG] before connecting the device you wish to use.
Note:
Turn on OTG to connect your device directly to other devices using USB. This feature will turn off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity.
