Why does the POCO F7 Ultra lag after launching 20 apps in a row?

Thank you for your continued support. The phone started to freeze after launching 20 applications in succession, mainly due to system resource overload: the running memory (RAM) was full, resulting in frequent background process cleanup and reloading, multi-threaded tasks caused high CPU load and triggered the frequency reduction mechanism, and the insufficient reading and writing speed of the storage chip would prolong the data exchange time. In addition, some applications continued to occupy computing resources in the background. The combination of multiple factors led to slow system response.
