Why do photos printed by the Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer 1S have white horizontal stripes?
If photos printed by the printer have white horizontal stripes, please check the following:
1. Check whether the photo paper is damp, and please store the printer and photo paper in a cool and dry place when not in use;
2. When changing the photo paper, make sure to put in the matching calibration card correctly. Improper placement or no calibration card will affect the print quality;
3. The photo paper should be used as soon as possible after opening, and avoid direct contact with the surface with your fingers. Touching the short edge with your hands will produce stripes when printing. It is recommended to hold the long sides of the photo paper when picking it up to avoid excessive contact with the surface of the photo paper with your fingers.
