Why is the sound of the Xiaomi Sound Pocket intermittent?
If the sound of the Xiaomi Sound Pocket is intermittent, please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Check if there are other electronic devices nearby that are interfering with the Bluetooth connection and causing intermittent sound. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices to avoid interference;
2. Check if the battery of the device is too low and cannot work properly, resulting in intermittent sound. Please charge the device in time;
3. Check if the device is too far away from the connected phone or computer, causing the Bluetooth signal to weaken. Keep the device and the connected phone/computer within 10 meters without any obstacles in between;
4. Check if there is an outdated Bluetooth version on your phone and update in time;
5. Disconnect Bluetooth and reconnect, or pair again;
6. Try connecting the device to another phone to check whether the problem is with the speaker or the phone;
7. If the above methods cannot solve the problem, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection and repair.
