How to solve the abnormal noise when the Xiaomi Smart Standing Air Circulation Fan is running?
If there is an abnormal noise during the operation of the fan, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check whether the grilles are installed properly;
2. Please verify that the Fan Blade locking cover and the rear grille locking cover are properly installed;
3. Check that the Fan Blade is intact and not deformed or loose;
4. Check whether there is any foreign matter stuck in the grilles;
5. Check whether there is any foreign matter stuck in the motor;
6. Reinstall the grilles;
7. Reinstall the locking cover;
8. Reinstall or adjust the Fan Blade to ensure it is secure and balanced;
9. Remove the foreign matter;
10. If the problem still exists, please apply for after-sales inspection.
