What should I do if the charging case is open and I can't access the pairing by pressing and holding the function button?

If there is a case that you can’t enter the pairing by pressing and holding on and it doesn’t flash in white continuously. It is recommended to close the lid for 15 seconds and then open the lid and try again.
Note:
1. If the battery of the earbuds or charging case is too low, it will affect the pairing mode. Make sure that both the earbuds and the charging case have enough power. If the battery is low, try charging for a while before pairing;
2. If the earbuds have been paired and connected with other devices before, it will not automatically enter pairing mode. You can try to disconnect the Bluetooth connection of other devices before trying to pair again.
