Why can the Xiaomi Smart Water Dispenser (Hot and Cold) not heat water?

The Xiaomi Smart Water Dispenser (Hot and Cold) features next-generation nano film heating technology. With 2180W high power, water is rapidly heated to the specified temperature as it flows through the quartz tube, providing you with fresh, hot water instantly.
If the Xiaomi Smart Water Dispenser (Hot and Cold) cannot heat water, please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot:
1. Please check if the dispenser is properly plugged in and switched on. Try using a different power outlet to rule out electrical issues;
2. Check if there is enough water in the tank and if the water tank is installed correctly. If the water is not enough, the device will stop working automatically;
3. The Xiaomi Smart Water Dispenser (Hot and Cold) has four modes, including Cold water mode, Room temperature water mode, Warm water mode, Boiled water mode. Please check if the mode you select is right and you can press the Mode button to adjust modes. You can select the Boiled water mode and check if the water is heated normally;
4. Please check if the temperature is set normally. You can press the Increase button to set the temperature as you prefer. Please set a higher temperature to check if the water is heated;
5. The Xiaomi Smart Water Dispenser (Hot and Cold) has Child Lock function. Please disable it and press the Increase button to set the temperature and check the water temperature;
6. In order to ensure that the tubes are filled with water and prevent dry burning, each time the product is powered on again, the system will force out 10S of room temperature water, while achieving the effect of cleaning the internal water circuit.
