Why is unlock with the fingerprint on the Xiaomi Automatic Smart Door Lock not sensitive?

If unlocking with the fingerprint is not sensitive, please refer to the following troubleshooting solutions:
1. Check if there is a firmware update for the door lock and upgrade it to the latest version;
2. Confirm that the fingerprint unlocking gesture matches the one used when the fingerprint was initially recorded;
3. It is recommended to place your finger horizontally on the handle when recording and recognizing the fingerprint for unlocking;
4. Try adding the same fingerprint twice in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP and attempt unlocking again;
5. Any water or dirt on the fingerprint recognition area or your finger can affect the sensitivity of fingerprint recognition. If there is dirt, clean it off before trying to recognize the fingerprint again;
6. In the morning, during winter, or in hot weather, your fingers will become dry or peel, affecting fingerprint recognition. It is recommended to ensure sufficient humidity or press harder while unlocking;
7. It is suggested to re-register the fingerprint in winter if it was registered in summer, or vice versa, to improve recognition accuracy;
8. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you can request after-sales service to check if there is a performance fault.
