The Redmi Note 13 Pro supports Bluetooth connection.
If the Bluetooth of the Redmi Note 13 Pro cannot be turned on, please refer to the following details:
1. If the battery is too low or the Battery saver mode is turned on, the Bluetooth function will be affected. Please check whether your battery is sufficient and turn off the Battery saver mode;
2. Please clear the cache of the Bluetooth APP. You can go to [Settings] >> [Apps] >> [Manage apps] >> [Bluetooth] >> [Clear data] >> [Clear cache];
3. You can restart your phone. After the phone restarts, check if the Bluetooth can be turned on;
4. Ensure your phone is running the latest software version, as an update can fix Bluetooth issues;
5. Please boot your phone into Safe mode to rule out third-party apps that can be causing issues. You can turn off the phone first, then turn it on and hold the power button until the phone vibrates while pressing the volume down button to enter Safe mode;
6. Enter “*#*#6484#*#*” on the dial-up interface to perform hardware detection to check whether the Bluetooth module is faulty;
7. If the above methods do not work, please contact Xiaomi support or visit a service center for further assistance.
