Why can the sleep data of the REDMI Watch 3 Active not be checked on the Mi Fitness APP?

Several factors will affect the checking of the sleep data of the REDMI Watch 3 Active on the Mi Fitness APP, such as excessive sleep movement, operation of data synchronization, and device abnormality.
If you cannot check the sleep data of the REDMI Watch 3 Active on the Mi Fitness APP, please refer to the following details:
1. When you wake up, please connect the watch to your phone and tap [Sync] on the [Device] interface of the Mi Fitness APP to synchronize the data to the APP;
2. If you move a lot while sleeping, the watch will not recognize that you’re sleeping, which will not generate sleep data;
3. If you wear the watch too loosely, the watch will not recognize that it’s being worn;
4. Sleep of less than 20 minutes will not be recorded as the sleep data on the watch and the APP;
5. Please disconnect the watch from the APP and reconnect to try it again;
6. Please update the APP version and watch system and try it again.
