If your robot vacuum cleaner suddenly spins in circles and cannot stop while operating, please check the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please immediately stop it and turn the robot over. Use a cotton swab to clean the infrared sensor at the bottom (you can use the phone Camera App lens detects a light spot, that is the sensor position);
2. Check if the carpet is excessively dirty or has oil stains or hair entanglement. Carpets with intricate patterns or hand-woven designs may prevent the robot vacuum cleaner from escaping. It is advisable to clear any obstacles or avoid them using virtual walls. The carpet should be thoroughly cleaned or the area should be temporarily designated as a restricted zone;
3. Clean the drive wheels and steering wheels to ensure that the mop and tray are properly installed and to prevent debris from getting stuck and interfering with movement;
4. If using a mop during the cleaning process, replace the original accessories (non-original mops may cause spinning due to abnormal friction);
5. Restart the device or upgrade the software to resolve any path planning algorithm errors; it is recommended to divide the cleaning area or adjust the robot's working mode for complex carpet sections;
6. Check the power and ensure that the charging base signal is stable to prevent abnormal behavior due to low power.
If the problem persists after these troubleshooting steps, please contact our local official after-sales service to check for any issues with the sensor or drive wheel assembly.
