What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Camera moves abnormally or a stranger's voice is heard?

If you notice that the camera rotates on its own or a stranger's voice is heard while the device is in use, please don’t worry about unauthorized access and control. It can be assured that the Xiaomi Smart Camera utilizes multiple layers of security encryption. Only you or the person explicitly authorized by you can access the device, so there’s no need to worry about its security.
If the above issues occur, please refer to the following details:
1. Check whether the human tracking or motion tracking is enabled. If enabled, the camera will rotate to track detected movements in the frame. If you do not require this feature, you can disable it. To disable: Open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP >> select the camera >> tap the three dots icon in the upper right corner >> [Camera settings] >> turn off [Human tracking] or [Motion tracking] (The specific features and names can vary by model);
2. Confirm whether the camera has been shared with others. Check if someone with shared access is controlling the camera. If shared, please revoke sharing and monitor the device’s issue;
3. Confirm whether the Xiaomi Account password has been shared with others. If the password was shared (or if you cannot remember), please promptly change your account password and observe if the issue persists;
4. The camera rotates as part of the reboot process after firmware updates. If there’s a firmware update performed recently;
