Why doesn’t the Xiaomi Focus Pen battery status appear when placed on the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro's magnetic charging spot?
When the Xiaomi Focus Pen establishes a communication connection with the tablet, the tablet will display the battery level of the Xiaomi Focus Pen.
If the battery indicator does not appear after placing the Xiaomi Focus Pen on the magnetic charging area of the tablet, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. The Xiaomi Focus Pen can not be placed correctly on the tablet. Try removing and repositioning the smart pen, ensuring it is placed at the area with the strongest magnetic attraction. Once the smart pen is properly aligned and attached to the right side of the tablet frame, a wireless charging prompt will appear, displaying the current battery level of the stylus;
2. The Xiaomi Focus Pen has a built-in battery similar to smartphones. If the battery is completely drained, the smart pen will not power on and cannot establish communication with the tablet. It needs to be charged for a while before it can reconnect. To resolve this, place the smart pen in the magnetic charging area on the right side of the tablet and let it charge for 2-3 minutes before checking again.
