Why does the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro unexpectedly turn off the screen in certain situations?
To support features like flip-to-wake and close-to-sleep with accessories such as the keyboard and cover, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is equipped with a highly sensitive Hall sensor. If a magnetic object (e.g., Xiaomi Focus Pen, Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro Keyboard, Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro Cover, smartphone speakers, or radios) is near the Hall sensor (located near the volume buttons), it can interfere with the sensor’s normal operation. To prevent this, avoid placing magnetic objects near the sensor.
