What should I do if I can't pair for the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro?

The Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro needs to be in the pairing status when searching for it on the cell phone.
1. First of all, please make sure that the earbuds is fully charged. Open the lid of the charging case and press and hold the function button for 2S, the indicator will flash continuously, and the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro is in pairing status. Please search “Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro” on your cell phone for pairing;
2. Make sure the pairing procedure is correct. The earbuds are in pairing status and waiting for a connection. 1 minute without connection, the earbuds will go to sleep and the indicator will turn off;
3. If none of the above works, please try to reset the earbuds;
4. Because there are many interferences in the surrounding area, please move to other locations to try. Due to the characteristics of the Bluetooth earbuds, the electromagnetic wave in your area will interfere with the Bluetooth connection, and will even cause no sound or disconnection after connection.
Note:
If you have already connected to one cell phone and need to connect to a new cell phone, please press and hold the function button of the charging case for 2 seconds, the white indicator will flash, and then search again. When using the “Dual connection” function, you can only connect to the Xiaomi Earbuds APP of 1 device.
