Why does the POCO X6 Pro automatically restart when I turn on the portable hotspot?
The POCO X6 Pro supports the built-in portable hotspot feature that allows you to turn your phone into a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot, enabling other devices to connect to the internet.
Normal use of the portable hotspots will not cause the phone to restart. If you encounter this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Restart the device and go to [Settings] >> [More connectivity options] >> enable [Portable hotspot] to see if the hotspot starts working;
2. Try resetting network settings on your phone. Go to [Settings] >> [More connectivity options] >> [Reset Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and Bluetooth] >> tap [Reset settings] at the bottom. This will reset Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings;
3. Boot your phone into Safe mode to check if a third-party app is causing the issue. If your phone doesn’t turn off in Safe mode when you enable the portable hotspot, the problem can be related to a third-party APP;
