How to switch between Gemini and Google Assistant?

The Xiaomi smartphones support switching between Gemini and Google Assistant. Google Assistant allows you to interact with the devices using voice commands and helps with various tasks such as answering questions, managing schedules, controlling smart home devices, and performing actions across different apps and services. Gemini is an advanced AI technology developed by Google, integrating cutting-edge natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning capabilities to enhance various applications and using experiences.
To switch to Gemini, please refer to the following methods:
Method 1:
1. Open the [Settings] APP;
2. Scroll down to find and tap [Google];
3. Choose [All services];
4. Tap [Search, Assistant & Voice];
5. Select [Google Assistant];
6. Tap [Digital assistants from Google];
7. You can choose [Gemini].
Method 2:
1. Open your Google app;
2. At the top right, tap your profile picture or initial;
3. Tap [Settings];
4. Tap [Google Assistant];
5. Tap [Digital assistants from Google];
6. Tap [Gemini].
To switch to Google Assistant, please refer to the following steps:
1. Open your Gemini mobile app;
2. At the top right, tap your profile picture or initial;
3. Tap [Switch to Google Assistant];
4. Tap [Google Assistant];
5. Tap [Switch].
Note:
1. When you say “Hey Google” or activate your mobile assistant by touch (like when you press and hold the power button), Google Assistant will respond;
2. If your Web & App Activity is turned on, data from your interactions with Google Assistant will be saved to your Google Account;
3. Data saved in your Gemini Apps Activity will not automatically be deleted, but you can review and delete it anytime.
