Several factors will affect the network connection of the air purifier, such as the wrong selection of the Wi-Fi format, the disturbance of surrounding electronic devices, and router malfunction.
If the Xiaomi Air Purifier cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network, please refer to the following details:
1. Please select the Wi-Fi network format that is supported by the air purifier. Most air purifier only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, so the air purifier will not connect to the Wi-Fi network if you use 5GHz Wi-Fi;
2. Please restart the device and try it again;
3. Please check the version of the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP and update it to the latest version;
4. Please check whether the electronic devices that will disturb the Wi-Fi signal, such as microwave, cordless phones, Bluetooth devices, and wireless security camera. If so, please make the air purifier further away from the devices and try it again;
5. Please connect the Wi-Fi network to your phone to check whether the network is normal. If the network condition is abnormal, please restart the router and try it;
6. Please follow the instructions on the user manual to reset the air purifier and try it again.
