How to set a quick response?
The quick responses function allows you to send pre-written replies to incoming calls or messages, particularly when you are unable to answer or respond immediately. This feature helps you stay connected and communicate quickly without needing to type out a full response.
To set a quick response, please refer to the following methods:
Method 1:
1. Open the [Phone] APP;
2. Tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner;
3. Select [Settings];
4. Select [Quick responses];
5. Turn on [Quick responses];
6. Select a quick response template.
Method 2:
1. Open the [Phone] APP;
2. Tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner;
3. Select [Settings];
4. Tap [Calling accounts];
5. Select [Advanced settings];
6. Tap [Quick responses];
7. Turn on [Quick responses], and select a quick response template.
Note:
If you change your routine or frequently face different situations, update your quick responses accordingly to stay prepared for various scenarios.
