Why is the Xiaomi 15 Ultra’s sound low when using earbuds?

The situations that can cause low sound are as follows:
1. If the earbuds jack is not in good contact or is dirty, the sound output from the earbuds will be insufficient. Try cleaning the earbuds jack or reinserting the earbuds;
2. The audio settings of the phone can affect the earbuds’ output volume. You can select and set custom sound effects in [Settings] >> [Sound & touch] >> [Sound effects] >> [Graphic equalizer];
3. The volume setting of your phone is turned down, or the volume control of the earbuds is not set properly. Check the volume setting of your phone and confirm that the volume control of the earbuds is adjusted to the appropriate level.
