How to configure Google Assistant while driving?
The Xiaomi smartphones support configuring Google Assistant while driving, which can make you get hands-free help from your assistant from Google. With this function, you can make phone calls, check weather forecast and check your calendar and scheduled appointments hands-free.
To configure Google Assistant while driving, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to [Settings];
2. Tap [More connectivity options];
3. Swipe down to find and tap [Android Auto];
4. Tap [“Hey Google” detection];
5. Enable [While driving];
6. Enable [Hey Google] and when you say “Hey Google” any time, even if your screen is off, you will access Google Assistant.
Note:
1. Enabling [Hey Google] requires Voice Match to make Google Assistant to tell you apart from others;
2. [Hey Google] and [While driving] cannot be enabled simultaneously.
