1. Please make sure that the mouse has sufficient power (the corresponding channel indicator on the bottom of the mouse is normal). Insufficient power will cause Bluetooth disconnection or failure to reconnect. It is recommended that you try changing the device. At the same time, please ensure that the distance between the mouse and the connected device is within 10 meters and there is no other electronic device interfering with the signal;
2. Please check if there are conflicts between multiple devices. If you have connected to multiple devices (more than 3) before, please turn off the Bluetooth function of these devices to avoid signal grabbing. Some tablets/computers will try to reconnect after being lost, causing background conflicts. If the loss cannot be resolved, please take the mouse to the after-sales service center for an upgrade;
3. If the problem is still not solved by the above operations, it may be that the Bluetooth module is abnormal. We will provide you with (replacement/repair) service. Please provide your purchase receipt and product SN code, and we will arrange for an after-sales specialist to contact you to handle it.
