Why is there no fingerprint icon on the POCO X7 Pro lock screen?
Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. When using a scrapped SIM card, a security protection mechanism will be triggered. This mechanism does not allow the use of biometrics such as fingerprints and faces. Please remove the abnormal SIM card and try again. And check if you turn off the fingerprint icon. To show the fingerprint icon when the screen is off, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to the [Settings] APP on your phone;
2. Scroll down and tap [Fingerprints, face data, and screen lock];
3. Tap [Fingerprint unlock];
4. Turn on [Show fingerprint icon when the screen is off].
