Please confirm whether you have activated face recognition or Bluetooth unlocking. When face recognition or Bluetooth recognition is successful (there will be a checkmark on the top of the screen), you can enter the desktop by clicking the fingerprint area. This unlocking is not fingerprint unlocking. Please turn off face recognition and Bluetooth unlocking, delete and re-enter the fingerprint and try again.
To disable face unlock and Bluetooth unlocking, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to the [Settings] APP on your phone;
2. Scroll down and tap [Fingerprints, face data, and screen lock];
3. Tap and close [Face unlock] and [Unlock with Bluetooth device].
