If the Xiaomi Smart LED Bulb (White and Color) appears offline in the APP, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the bulb is properly installed and powered on. If it's not lit, check the circuit breaker or the light switch to confirm the power is on;
2. Verify that your Wi-Fi network is stable and that the bulb is within range of the router. If necessary, restart your router to resolve any network issues;
3. Make sure the bulb is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network as it does not support 5GHz networks;
4. Refresh the "My Device" interface several times for about 20s, and it will display as online. If it still shows offline, please reset and reconnect the Xiaomi Smart LED Bulb (White and Color).
