Why can't the POCO X7 Pro recognize the charger after the USB port is soaked in water?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Although the POCO X7 Pro is rated with IP68 water resistance, liquid entering the USB port can still cause charging issues. The water or moisture inside the port will trigger the device's safety mechanisms to prevent potential damage, such as short circuits. As a result, the phone can temporarily stop charging until the moisture evaporates.
If you find there is any liquid in the USB port, gently wipe the USB port with a clean, dry cloth to absorb the moisture. Leave the phone in a well-ventilated area for a while to allow the water to evaporate before attempting to charge again.
