Does the POCO X7 Pro support memory extension?
The POCO X7 Pro supports memory extension, with the 12GB version supporting an extension of 4GB, 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB, while the 8GB version supports an extension of 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB. Memory extension refers to a feature that allows the POCO X7 Pro to virtually expand the available RAM by using a portion of the device's internal storage (ROM). This function enables the device to handle more tasks and applications simultaneously without compromising performance.
To enable the memory extension, please refer to the following methods:
Method 1:
1. Go to [Settings];
2. Tap [About phone];
3. Select [Storage];
4. Tap [System files];
5. Select [Memory extension];
6. Choose the size of the extended memory and tap [Reboot] to apply changes.
Method 2:

2. Tap [Additional settings];
3. Select [Memory extension];
4. Choose the size of the extended memory and tap [Reboot] to apply changes.
