What to do if there are issues with the memory card of the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera AW300?
Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Use a high-quality memory card specifically designed for dashcams or cameras;
2. Confirm that a compatible memory card is installed. Cameras without a memory card cannot save recordings or view historical videos;
3. If the memory card is not recording or cannot automatically overwrite files, format the card via the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home settings;
4. If formatting is not possible via the APP, use a card reader to format the card on a computer. After formatting, power off the camera and reinstall the card.
Note:
Formatting will delete all files on the card.
