How to set up human detection on the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera AW300?
The Xiaomi Outdoor Camera AW300 has a built-in human detection feature. When someone comes into the monitoring area of the camera, the camera will record this event automatically and notify you about the movement.
To set up the human detection function, please refer to the following steps:
1. Open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
2. Select the camera;
3. Tap the three dots icon in the upper right corner;
4. Select [Home monitoring];
5. Set the [Image change detection sensitivity] to [High], corresponding to 7 meters for human detection;
6. Enable [Detection push notifications];
7. Tap [Event notification type] and select [Push when movement detected].
Note:
Face recognition is a paid feature and requires a purchase of the Xiaomi Home Secure.
