If you need to change the network or the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP account to which the camera is connected, you can perform a factory reset of the camera.
To reset the camera to factory settings, please refer to the following steps:
1. Press and hold the Reset Button for 10 seconds. The Reset Button is inside the bottom protective cover, and you need to use a screwdriver to remove the protective cover;
2. You can restore the factory settings and a reset successful voice will prompt. Then follow the steps to reconnect to the APP;
3. After unbinding, restore the factory settings, and then change the account binding.
Note:
A factory reset does not delete the contents of the SD memory card. If you change your account, you need to log in to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP with the original account.
