What to do if the buttons of the rice cooker are unresponsive?
When the rice cooker is working (cooking), except for the Cancel button, other buttons are inoperable. Press and hold on the Cancel button to cancel the current mode.
Please refer to the following steps to confirm the buttons:
Unplug the rice cooker and power it back on, and confirm the operation of each button in standby mode.
1. Touch button operation: Please keep your hands dry to avoid accidental triggering or failure to operate. When operating a button, please touch the center of the button to avoid the button being unable to sense the control action;
2. Mechanical touch buttons: The operation buttons will produce mechanical movements and sounds. The operation instructions can be executed by pressing. Do not press and hold for a long time.
Note:
The rice cooker does not support the reservation and time adjustment functions. When you touch Timer button, the rice cooker will emit a sound prompt.
