There are two main types of problems with undercooked rice:
Please check the components of the rice cooker for trouble shooting:
1. Check whether the bottom of the inner pot of the rice cooker is uneven;
2. Check whether there are any foreign objects on the bottom of the rice cooker pot and the top surface of the bottom sensor;
3. Check whether the aluminum cover surface of the upper cover sensor and the bottom sensor of the rice cooker are deformed;
4. Check whether the temperature values of the upper and lower sensors of the rice cooker are normal. The upper and lower temperature control is normal and will not overflow.
Please confirm whether the improper use leads to the issue:
1. Check whether the ratio of rice to water is matched according to the scale requirements of the inner pot (too much/too little will affect the taste of the rice);
2. Please check whether the production date of the rice is more than 6 months. If the rice is stored for too long, it will also affect the taste of the rice;
3. Check whether there are any foreign objects on the bottom of the inner pot or the top surface where the bottom sensor fits;
4. Check whether the surface of the aluminum cover of the bottom sensor is deformed;
5. The rice should be kept in a sealed container and not spread out to dry. This will cause the rice to be undercooked easily, so you need to add more water.
Note:
Please clean the lid and steam valve before and after using the rice cooker to avoid residual rice soup affecting the cooking effect.
