If the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active cannot generate exercise data or save exercise records after exercising, it can be due to the following reasons:
1. Make sure the band is fully charged during exercise. If the band is turned off or restarted during exercise, no exercise data will be generated;
2. If you enable outdoor workouts on the Mi Fitness APP, please make sure the APP is running in the background and remains connected to the band. If the APP is disconnected from the band or the APP is cleared, the band will be forced to exit the workout function and no workout data will be generated;
3. Outdoor workouts rely on the mobile phone’s GPS to record the track and exercise distance. Therefore, when doing outdoor workouts, you need to turn on the mobile phone’s GPS and APP location permissions.
Note:
Exercises initiated from the Mi Fitness APP will not synchronize exercise reports to the band. Exercises initiated from the band can only be viewed on the band. So if you need to view exercise records on the band, please initiate the exercise from the band.
