Why can’t the Xiaomi Smart Jump Rope be connected to Bluetooth?
1. When the Xiaomi Smart Jump Rope is out of battery or has a low battery, it can’t connect to Bluetooth normally;
2. The connection range of the Xiaomi Smart Jump Rope is about 10m in open space. If the connection distance is too far, a non-open environment will lead to unstable or unable to connect;
3. Make sure the phone’s Bluetooth is enabled, the jump rope function of the APP is turned on, and the jump rope handle is on. The previous conditions need to be met simultaneously otherwise it can’t connect to Bluetooth properly.
