Why is there no heart rate monitoring record on the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active?
The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active PPG sensor detects heart rate using 25Hz green light detection, and heart rate cycle detection will detect heart rate status regularly. The detection time is short and the detection is accurate.
If there is no heart rate monitoring record on the band, please check as follows:
1. First, check whether the green light flashes when the back of the band touches the skin. If the green light flashes, it means that the heart rate monitoring function of the band is turned on normally. If there is no green light flashing, please verify whether the heart rate monitoring function is turned on;
2. Please wear it in the correct way. The band should not be worn too loosely. Adjust the wearing method, and then re-enter the heart rate function of the band to check;
3. Dry skin and skin scars can affect heart rate measurement. Low temperatures in winter can also affect heart rate measurement;
4. If the above reasons are not the causes of the problem, you can restart the band, change the arm and try measuring again.
