What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active cannot be charged or cannot be fully charged?
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. If you use a power bank to charge, the power bank has a protection mechanism. When the battery of the power bank is low, it cannot fully charge the product. It is recommended to use a standard USB charging adapter with a voltage of 5V and an output current of 0.5A and a standard dedicated charging cable for charging;
2. Check whether there are stains on the metal contacts of the band body and the charging cable. You can try to wipe them with alcohol cotton, paper towels, etc. to ensure that there is no poor contact between the band body and the charging cable;
3. Check whether the charging adapter is normal. You can try to replace it with other standard adapters to connect the band charging cable for charging;
4. Check whether the charging cable is normal. If you have a spare charging cable for the same band, you can try to replace it;
5. Try charging in an environment with a temperature above 10°C;
6. The charging time of the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active is about 1 hour and 40 minutes. If it is not fully charged, please check the charging time to see if it is due to the short charging time;
7. When the charging power reaches 100%, please do not unplug the charging cable immediately. It is recommended that the band continue to be charged on the charging cable for 6 to 7 minutes;
