Jumping rope is a sport that requires learning, practicing, and applying skills.
The situations in which jump rope will hit hands or feet during use are as follows:
1. If you are a beginner or not proficient in jumping rope, such as not being able to jump very well, having non-standard movements, or poor coordination of movements, the rope will touch your hands or feet when jumping rope, and we suggest you carefully read the User manual;
2. You can also use swinging ball throwing for cordless mode exercise, find the rhythm of swinging the jumping rope with your hands and jumping with your feet, and then engage in rope mode exercise;
3. If the rope length is not adjusted properly and does not match the height, it can cause the jump rope to become entangled and easily hit hands or feet during the jumping;
4. We suggest that you adjust the jumping rope to the appropriate length, place your feet together and step on the rope, hold the handle, and straighten it to above your waist which indicates that the rope length is appropriate.
