Why can the Xiaomi Massage Gun 2 not be turned on?
If the Xiaomi Massage Gun 2 cannot be turned on, please refer to the following details:
1. Press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn it on;
2. When the indicator corresponding to the current level blinks in red, the battery is depleted and the massage gun cannot be turned on;
3. If the massage gun is left uncharged for a long time, the battery will run out and it will not be able to start. It is recommended to charge it every 3-6 months;
4. The operating temperature out of the range of -10℃-60℃ will make the massage gun fail to turn on;
5. For safety reasons, the massage gun cannot be turned on while charging and the adapter must be unplugged to turn it on.

1. It is recommended that you use the 5V/2A power adapter that meets the standard. Charging with other power adapters will cause line protection;
2. It is recommended that you use the massage gun at 5℃-40℃.
