What to do if the password of the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active is forgotten?

If you forget the password of your band, you can refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Open the Mi Fitness APP on your phone and ensure your band is connected to the APP via Bluetooth;
2. Go to [Device] in the APP;
3. Select [Security];
4. Tap [Set password] to manage the password settings for your band;
5. Tap [PIN] and turn off or modify the device password.
Note:
If you forget the device password of your band and are unable to connect back to the APP, please contact/apply to the after-sales service center for processing.
