How to set a device password for the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active?
The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active supports setting a device password and it is turned off by default. When it is turned on, if it detects that you are not wearing the device, the device will be locked. After wearing it again, the password must be entered to unlock it.
To set a device password for your band, please refer to the following methods:
Method 1:
1. Open the Mi Fitness APP;
2. Go to [Device];
3. Select [Security];
4. Tap [Set password];
5. Tap [PIN] and enter the 6-digit password.
Method 2:
1. Go to [Settings] on your band;
2. Select [PIN] and tap [Set PIN] to set the password of your wearable device.
