1. The environment noise or wind speed during the call is high, which affects the quality of the call;
2. Too far away from the phone. Please bring the phone closer to the earbuds;
3. Uneven signal transmission from earbuds, or obstruction between the phone and earbuds;
4. There is noise in the music source of the mobile phone. It is recommended to replace it with another audio APP or switch to another mobile device for a better experience;
5. If there is wireless device interference in the surrounding environment, it can cause stuttering noise, such as Wi-Fi, mobile phone base stations, transformers, high-power electrical devices, etc. (in a fixed scenario);
