The precautions when using the Xiaomi Smart Jump Rope are as below:
1. During rope jumping, always wear shock-absorbing sneakers, such as thick-soled and high-top sneakers, to better protect your ankles and feet;
2. Warm up before jumping to help speed up the blood circulation of your body and make the tendons more flexible, thus protecting your joints, ligaments, and muscles from injury;
3. Stretch and relax your body after exercise, especially stretch your legs to relieve muscle tightness and soreness;
4. Make sure to jump rope on a lawn, plastic playground, the floor of a gym or other ground that is neither too hard nor too soft, since jumping on rough ground will increase resistance and wear the rope more quickly;
5. Please jump rope on open and dry ground to avoid slipping or injuring others.
