How to disassemble and install the Xiaomi Smart Jump Rope?
The method for disassembling the Xiaomi Smart Jump Rope is as below:
The jump rope is equipped with swinging balls by default. To remove the swinging balls, move the clips as illustrated until the end of the jump rope comes out of the clip. Then push the end of the jump rope towards the rope fastener, and gently pull the rope out to remove the swinging ball.
To install the Xiaomi Smart Jump Rope, please refer to the following steps:
1. When installing the jump rope, thread one end of the jump rope into the rope fastener of the handle according to the jump rope installation icon;
2. Adjust the rope to the appropriate length: If the handles can be pulled above the waist as illustrated when stepping on the rope with your feet together, it indicates the rope length is appropriate. The recommendation for rope adjustment is that height 140cm corresponds to a rope of 230cm, height 150cm corresponds to a rope of 250cm, height 160cm corresponds to a rope of 260cm, height 170cm corresponds to a rope of 270cm, height 180cm corresponds to a rope of 280cm, and height 185cm corresponds to a rope of 290cm;
3. Tighten the rope and fasten it with clips to finish the installation.
