Why does the Bluetooth suddenly disconnect while using the REDMI Buds 6 Pro?
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Check if the REDMI Buds 6 Pro’s battery is low. You can charge the earbuds immediately and try again;
2. Ensure that the phone is not too far from the earbuds, exceeding the effective transmission range (10m), or that there are no obstacles blocking the connection between the earbuds and the phone. You can put the earbuds together with the phone and reconnect them;
3. Please confirm if your earbuds are in an environment with strong interference, and away from objects with significant electromagnetic interference such as microwave ovens and surveillance cameras;
4. If none of the above works, put the earbuds into the case, close the lid for 5 seconds, and reconnect them.
If the issue still persists, please try resetting the earbuds to factory settings: put the earbuds back into the charging case, open the cover, press and hold the button on the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds until the white indicator on the charging case enters a fast flashing state, restore the earbuds to factory settings, and re-enter pairing mode.
