Why can't the phone find or recognize the Redmi Buds 6 Pro?

When searching for the Redmi Buds 6 Pro on the mobile phone, the earbuds also need to be in a paired state.
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Firstly, please ensure that the earbuds have sufficient battery power (the indicator on the charging case is always on). Open the charging case cover and press and hold the button for 2 seconds. The indicator flashes continuously, and the earbuds are in pairing mode. Please try searching for earbuds on your phone for pairing;
2. After the earbuds pairing timeout, Bluetooth is in an undetectable state. Open the lid again and enter pairing mode;
3. The earbuds were paired with other devices, resulting in the device not being successfully paired. Please re-pair in a sparsely populated environment.
If none of the above works, please try resetting the earbuds to factory settings: put the earbuds back into the charging case, open the cover, press and hold the button on the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds until the white indicator on the charging case enters a fast flashing state, restore the earbuds to factory settings, and re-enter pairing mode. After restoring the factory settings, please follow the above steps to re-pair.
