Why does only one earbud of the Redmi Buds 6 Pro have sound after Bluetooth pairing?
The reasons for this issue on the Redmi Buds 6 Pro are as follows:
1. Poor contact of single-sided earbud, resulting in only pairing with single-sided earbud;
2. Unilateral earbud will shut down due to low battery;
3. Whether there is any dirt blocking the speaker in the earbuds and earplugs;
4. Whether the earbuds are soaked in water and sweat, causing a short circuit and freezing;
5. Bluetooth disconnection of left and right earbuds.
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Please put the earbuds back into the charging case and confirm that the indicator on the charging case will light up when they are put into the charging case. Re-pair the earbuds with Bluetooth to restore them;
2. After confirming that the earbuds are in good contact, put them in the charging case and charge them for 10 minutes. Pair them with Bluetooth again to restore them;
3. Check and clean the earbuds and earplugs for dirt and stains;
4. Put the earbuds back into the charging case, open the lid, and press and hold the function button on the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds until the white indicator on the charging case enters a fast flashing state. The earbuds will be restored to factory settings and re-paired.
