What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Active does not receive notifications from other APPs?

If your band can’t receive other APP notifications, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please verify whether you have turned on the notifications of other APPs. Take a Xiaomi smartphone as an example, you can go to [Settings] on your phone >> [Apps] >> [Manage apps] >> select the specific APP that you want to receive the notifications >> find and select [Notifications] to check whether the notification permission of this APP is turned on;
2. Verify whether the APP lock function is enabled on the phone. Some smartphones have the APP lock function, which will lock certain APP in the system background to protect your privacy. The APP lock function also has the hide notification content setting to protect APP information. So you need to disable the hide notification content setting or check if the APP is locked;
3. Verify whether the Mi Fitness APP has turned on the background lock/auto-start. After the APP is disconnected from the band, the mobile phone messages cannot be synchronized to the band, due to the background lock/auto-start setting.
