The Redmi Buds 6 Pro are already connected to the phone, however, there is no sound inside the earbuds after wearing them.
The reasons for this problem are as follows:
1. Due to the special nature of Bluetooth earbuds, electromagnetic waves in your area will interfere with Bluetooth connections, resulting in silence;
2. Please check the volume setting of your phone to see if it is not turned on and in silent mode;
3. The phone is too far away from the earbuds, exceeding the effective transmission distance (10m), or there are obstacles blocking between the earbuds and the phone, such as the phone being placed in a pocket;
4. When a mobile phone is connected to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously, the sound is emitted from the second device, and the first connected device has no sound;
5. When the LDAC stream is large, the anti-interference ability is poor, and the surrounding environment is poor, such problems will occur.
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Please confirm if your earbuds are in an environment with strong interference and stay away from objects with significant electromagnetic interference such as microwave ovens;
2. Turn on the volume on your phone;
3. Use the phone and earbuds together or reconnect them;
4. Disconnect, put the earbuds back into the charging case, close the case cover for 5 seconds, and open the case cover to reconnect with the phone or disconnect the phone from another Bluetooth device;
5. When the environment is poor, adjust the LDAC rate to 48kHz or turn off LDAC.
If none of the above works, please try resetting the earbuds to factory settings: put the earbuds back into the charging case, open the cover, press and hold the button on the charging case for 30 seconds until the charging case indicator flashes 3 times per second, release the button, and the earbuds will be reset to factory settings and re-paired.
