The reasons for this problem are as follows:
1. The Bluetooth on the phone is not turned on;
2. The Redmi Buds 6 Pro automatically reconnects to the last connected device by default. Your earbuds were not connected to this phone the last time;
3. The phone is too far away from the earbuds, exceeding the effective transmission distance (10m), or there are obstacles blocking between the earbuds and the phone;
4. Due to the special nature of Bluetooth earbuds, electromagnetic waves in your area will interfere with Bluetooth connections;
5. The dirty copper pillar on the side of the earbuds causes abnormal contact.
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Turn on Bluetooth on the mobile phone;
2. If it is not the last connected phone, please re-pair and connect;
3. Put the phone and earbuds together and reconnect them;
4. Please confirm if your earbuds are in an environment with strong interference and stay away from objects with significant electromagnetic interference such as microwave ovens;
5. Clean the copper pillar on the side of the earbuds and then pair them again;
6. If none of the above can solve the problem, please put the earbuds back into the charging case, close the case cover for 5 seconds, then reopen the case cover and connect again.
If the problem persists, please try resetting the earbuds to factory settings: put the earbuds back into the charging case, open the lid, press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the white indicator flashes, and the earbuds will be reset to factory settings and re-paired. You can also press and hold the bottom for 30 seconds to reconnect.
